Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Return/exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us – Email support@terrordefender.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos if the item is defective/damaged
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship It Back – Once approved, send the item to our return address (provided via email).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund/Exchange Process – Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship a replacement.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@terrordefender.com with photos. We will either:
- Send a free replacement (if available).
- Issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
